For pre paid events we will work together to answer any questions and decide what is needed for your event. Pre Paid events we service include but are not limited to; Weddings, Corporate events, parties, staff appreciation , and more! After we come up with a plan I will send you a quote for the services. A minimum 50% deposit will then be required to hold your event date and the rest will need to be paid by the day of the event. For Individual paid events we will work together to answer any questions and decide what is needed for your event. Individual paid events we service include but are not limited to; business sales events, markets, grand opening events, and more! A deposit will need to be made to hold the date for your event that will be refunded on the day of your event. A travel fee and set up fee may be will charged depending on the location and type of the event. How We Price
Our prices are tailored to meet the needs of each individual client and event. We have an equation that we use to charge for pre paid events. The equation starts with cost of products and supplies then adds the set up fee and travel time. Labor cost is added as an automatic gratuity on the bill. We offer a discount when paying with cash or check for pre pay services! Depending on the individual pay event we may charge a set up or travel fee. A deposit is required to hold the date and time of your event and will either be refunded on the day of the event or subtracted from the total bill.
